We want you to love your Cult Gaia pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, including any dust bags or branded boxes, to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass our quality inspection.
